New home build process

We will conduct a brief consultation to discuss your vision, timeline, and budget then create a detailed project proposal.

Once the proposal is accepted and signed off, we will work on architectural designs which include floor plans and elevation designs.

Once the architectural designs are approved, Property Crafter will obtain all the permits, and obtain building materials.

We will now begin the construction of your new home! Each completed stage will have a set inspection to ensure everything is built with the highest quality.

Once your home is built we will do a final walk through to ensure everything is to your liking.

Move-in day is here! You and your family can enjoy your new home.
